The Catalog, also mostly kinda reffered to as The Catalog! is a project/website by what labs/Swumby to help search through Neocities and Nekoweb.
It's named The Catalog as not only is it a site catalog, it's also a pun. Neocities' mascot is Penelope, who is a cat, and neko is Japanese for cat.
The website is based off the late 1998 design of Google, same goes with the logo.
